Water Resources Utilization Fee for All Service Areas
$0.90 per 1,000 gallons
This fee provides funds to develop, design, and construct projects that will utilize the District’s Central Arizona Project (CAP) water and effluent. The Water Resources Utilization Fee has funded the land acquisition and design activities for the Northwest Recharge, Recovery, and Delivery System (NWRRDS), wheeling agreements to deliver CAP water to Metro Southwest, and various smaller activities to enhance the use of the District’s renewable water resource portfolio.

No change to the rate in Fiscal Year 2025 only to the Tiers.
